[Aankondiging] Aanstaande update van het privacybeleid voor Gmail-integratie

Hallo, dit is het Acloset-team.

We schrijven u om u er vooraf over te informeren dat, ter voorbereiding op een aanstaande Gmail-integratiefunctie, delen van ons Privacybeleid zullen worden gewijzigd zoals hieronder beschreven.

De Gmail-integratiefunctie is momenteel in ontwikkeling en zal worden uitgebracht in een toekomstige Acloset-update. Zodra deze beschikbaar is, kunt u uw Google-account koppelen, zodat Acloset automatisch e-mails met aankoopbewijzen in uw inbox kan identificeren en de bijbehorende kledingitems in uw Kledingkast kan importeren — zonder dat u elke e-mail handmatig hoeft door te sturen.

Voorafgaand aan de release van deze functie zijn we van plan ons Privacybeleid bij te werken om bekend te maken hoe informatie die via Google API's is verkregen, wordt geopend, gebruikt, opgeslagen en gedeeld.

Geplande toevoegingen en updates aan het Privacybeleid

De volgende tekst zal worden toegevoegd aan ons Privacybeleid. Er zal geen bestaande tekst worden verwijderd.

1. Section: "Information to be Collected and Method of Collection" → "Personal information items to be collected" → "Information provided by the users" → "Third-Party Integration Data" → "Connected Email Accounts"

"Acloset's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."

(For reference, the existing clause currently reads: "If you connect your email account (e.g., via Google OAuth), we collect the content of specific emails identified as purchase receipts or order confirmations. We do not access or collect emails that are determined to be unrelated to transaction history." — this existing text will remain unchanged.)

2. Section: "Use of Collected Information"

"Information obtained through Gmail integration is used solely to identify purchase receipts and import the corresponding clothing items into your Acloset closet. We do not use this information for advertising, marketing, or to train generalized or third-party AI/ML models."

3. Section: "Disclosure of Information"

"We do not sell or transfer information obtained through Gmail integration to third parties such as advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. The third-party sharing practices described above do not apply to data obtained through Gmail integration."

Het gewijzigde Privacybeleid zal van kracht worden samen met de release van de Gmail-integratiefunctie in een toekomstige update. Als u er op het moment van de release voor kiest om de Gmail-integratiefunctie niet te gebruiken, zullen geen van de bovenstaande wijzigingen op u van invloed zijn.
