[お知らせ] Gmail連携機能の導入に伴うプライバシーポリシー改定のご案内

こんにちは、Aclosetチームです。

今後導入予定の「Gmail連携機能」に備え、プライバシーポリシーの一部を以下の通り改定することをお知らせいたします。

現在開発中のGmail連携機能は、今後のアップデートでリリースされる予定です。この機能を利用すると、Googleアカウントを連携することで、Aclosetが受信トレイ内の購入明細メールを自動的に判別し、該当する衣類アイテムをクローゼットへインポートできるようになります。これにより、メールを一件ずつ手動で転送する手間が省けます。

本機能のリリースに先立ち、Google APIを通じて取得した情報のアクセス、使用、保存、および共有方法を明確にするため、プライバシーポリシーを更新いたします。

詳細は以下の変更予定内容をご確認ください。

プライバシーポリシーの追加および更新予定内容

以下の内容がプライバシーポリシーに追加されます。既存の条文が削除されることはありません。

1. Section: "Information to be Collected and Method of Collection" → "Personal information items to be collected" → "Information provided by the users" → "Third-Party Integration Data" → "Connected Email Accounts"

"Acloset's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."

(For reference, the existing clause currently reads: "If you connect your email account (e.g., via Google OAuth), we collect the content of specific emails identified as purchase receipts or order confirmations. We do not access or collect emails that are determined to be unrelated to transaction history." — this existing text will remain unchanged.)

2. Section: "Use of Collected Information"

"Information obtained through Gmail integration is used solely to identify purchase receipts and import the corresponding clothing items into your Acloset closet. We do not use this information for advertising, marketing, or to train generalized or third-party AI/ML models."

3. Section: "Disclosure of Information"

"We do not sell or transfer information obtained through Gmail integration to third parties such as advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. The third-party sharing practices described above do not apply to data obtained through Gmail integration."

改定後のプライバシーポリシーは、今後のアップデートでのGmail連携機能のリリースと同時に適用されます。リリース時にGmail連携機能を使用しないことを選択された場合、上記の変更による影響はありません。
