Beautify Feature Error

From August 12, 2025, to August 18, 2025, 1 AM (EST), the Beautify feature did not function properly, causing clothing images to appear cropped. As of August 18, this issue has been fixed, and the service is now functioning normally.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this error. If you delete the affected Beautify result and run Beautify again, it should now work normally.
For users who used Beans during this period to run Beautify, the Beans have been fully restored. However, if you used Beautify with free opportunities provided by the app, those are not eligible for restoration.
If the Bean restoration is not reflected in your account or if you have any further questions, please contact us at support@acloset.app. To help us process your request quickly, please include the email or nickname associated with your Acloset account.
