Beautify, Smart Detector Function Partial Case Error Notice

Hello, this is Acloset.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize to all our customers for the sudden inconvenience you experienced while using our Acloset service.

Between approximately 06:30 AM UTC on June 20th and 01:30 AM UTC on June 23rd, an error occurred where results for some cases (when using tops and outerwear) did not display correctly when running the Smart Detector and Beautify features.

We sincerely apologize once again to all customers who experienced inconvenience due to this error.

This issue has now been resolved, and the features are fully operational. We apologize for the trouble, but please try running the features again to see accurate results.

If you paid for and attempted to use the Beautify or Smart Detector features during the error period but failed, please apply for a refund according to the instructions below.

How to Request a Refund

Beautify Results Page:

  • Click the [Closet] tab at the bottom.
  • Click the [Beautify] button at the top.
  • Click the failed item in the results list.
  • Apply through the [Refund Request] button.

Smart Detector Results Page:

  • Click the [Closet] tab at the bottom.
  • Click the [Smart Detector] button at the top.
  • Click the failed item in the results list.
  • Apply through the [Refund Request] button.
    We apologize once again for any inconvenience you experienced with our service, and we will do our best to provide more stable service in the future.
