Freemium Pricing FAQ

Hi, here are FAQs for freemium pricing. If you have more questions, please let us know via support@acloset.app.

Q: When do these new changes start?

A: We’re aiming to roll out the new plans sometime between January 10th and 20th. As for the ads, they’ll start popping up within two weeks after we introduce the plans. We’ll give you a heads-up with the exact dates before everything kicks off.

Q: Is there an option for a one-time, lifetime payment instead of monthly subscriptions?

A: We recognize the request for one-time payment. Yet, given the potential long-term duration of our service (30, 50 years, or more), it’s difficult to predict the costs over such a long period. Our ongoing expenses include securely storing your data for continuous access on any device. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a lifetime payment option right now. Regular subscriptions ensure we can provide a high-quality, reliable service consistently.

Q: Are there any restrictions on the number of outfit ideas and calendar logs I can create?

A: You can create an unlimited number of outfit ideas and calendar logs with our service. However, please note that the ability to generate new outfit ideas and calendar logs is linked to the number of clothes items you have stored. If the quantity of clothes in your account exceeds the limit of your chosen plan, you’ll be unable to add new outfit ideas and calendar logs until you’re within your plan’s item limit.

Q: Will the discount on the yearly subscription plans be available indefinitely?

A: We plan to offer a discount on our yearly subscription plans on an ongoing basis. However, please be aware that the actual discount rate might undergo minor adjustments in the future. Rest assured, we aim to keep any changes to the discount as minimal as possible to continue providing you with great value.

Q: Do you plan to have different pricing for different countries?

A: Yes, we’re looking into that. Since economic conditions vary from country to country, we’re considering adjusting our pricing accordingly. It’s not fully set up for every country just yet, but in places like Turkey and India, for example, you can expect the prices to be about half or less. We want to make sure our service is affordable for everyone, no matter where they’re located.

Q: Is it possible to disable the AI feature and reduce the subscription cost?

A: We get where you’re coming from, but our digital wardrobe is pretty intricate, with loads of info and images all tied together. It’s a bit of a challenge to separate out just the AI part without a big investment in time and effort. So, for now, we can’t offer a lower-priced option without the AI.
