[Notice] Issues with the Add Item feature (e.g., auto background removal, info input)

We have confirmed an issue where parts of the "Add Item" function (e.g., automatic background removal, automatic information input) are not operating smoothly.

We are currently investigating the cause and are responding urgently to restore normal service. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will notify you via another announcement as soon as it is complete.

Even if automatic background removal and info input do not work, it is still possible to register your items. Background removal can be re-attempted after the item has been registered.

We ask for your understanding for the inconvenience. We will do our best to provide a more stable service.
