After recent frequent updates, some users and devices have experienced issues where clothes or OOTD data does not appear. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

Please rest assured that your data has not been deleted and is securely stored.

If you encounter this issue, please try the following steps:

  1. Uninstall and then reinstall the app.
  2. In most cases, reinstalling the app resolves the issue.
  3. If the problem persists after reinstalling, please send us the email address you use to log into Acloset at support@acloset.app.
